We had one of our best experiences ever in Paris! The kindness and smile from Phuong at reception made it feel so special. Plus, they really went out of their way for my mom's birthday! We loved the location, so close to all the best spots. 👌

Only downside was the noisy guests at times, but, you know, it is Paris after all!
